Description

This Emergency Ordinance approves and enacts Romania’s National Plan of Measures for the protection and inclusion of displaced persons from Ukraine granted temporary protection, establishing the legal framework and coordination mechanisms across sectors—such as housing, health, education, employment, child and youth services, and support for vulnerable groups—to ensure their prompt humanitarian assistance and medium- to long-term integration under emergency conditions.
