Description

This law establishes the legal regime applicable to non nationals seeking international protection in Romania, the legal status of foreigners beneficiaries of international protection in Romania, the procedure and conditions for granting, terminating and cancelling international protection in Romania, the procedure for determining the Member State responsible for examining the asylum application.
