This law establishes San Marino’s framework for receiving and caring for unaccompanied foreign minors by defining who qualifies as a “minor foreigner without guardians,” setting out the procedural steps for identifying, registering, and placing them in suitable family-based care, and specifying the requirements and duties of authorized organizations and prospective foster families.
