Description

This Decree on the Prorogation of measures relating to temporary residence permit for Ukrainian emergency extends, until 31 December 2024, the validity of provisional residence permits originally issued under the March 2022 emergency measures for Ukrainian nationals, allowing them to renew their permits upon proving accommodation; expands their right to work (including occasional labor) under specified regulatory frameworks; sets a monthly cap (110, adjustable by up to 5 %) on new permits while authorizing the Congress of State to declare the end of the emergency; and repeals any conflicting provisions of earlier emergency measures.
