Description

This Law establishes rules governing the granting of residence or residence-and-work authorizations under a temporary and transitional protection regime to persons under the protection of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, and to those unable to return to their country of origin or habitual residence due to systematic or widespread human rights violations.
