Description

This law, implemented in accordance with the United Nations Convention of July 28, 1951, supplemented by the Protocol of January 31, 1967, and the African Union Convention of September 10, 1969, governing the aspects related to refugee issues in Africa, establishes the refugee status in the Gabonese Republic.
