Description

The purpose of these regulations is to regulate the provision of services and the granting of benefits provided by the Instituto Mixto de Ayuda Social (IMAS), for the fulfillment of its purposes as set forth in Law 4760.

Article 20.- Beneficiaries

Artículo 17.-Son sujetos de los servicios institucionales:
b) Las y los extranjeros (as) con una condición migratoria legal o que sean personas menores de edad; siempre y cuando se encuentren en situación de pobreza o de riesgo y vulnerabilidad social; y que hayan sido calificados y seleccionados según lo establecido en este reglamento y demás normativa institucional vigente.
