Description
The law includes a restructuring of the legal aid system to ensure more equitable access to justice, including broadening eligibility criteria and improving funding mechanisms for disadvantaged individuals. This law aims to strengthen access to adequate legal representation for all citizens, thus contributing to a fairer and more inclusive justice system in Luxembourg. Refugees can benefit from this aid according to articles 2, (2) 2°,4° and 5°.
