Description
The Constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea outlines the legal framework governing the rights and responsibilities of citizens. There are no specific mention on refugees but the Constitution stipulates that foreigners legally present in the country are entitled to legal protection of their person and property. Article 6(2) : "The status of aliens shall be guaranteed as prescribed by international law and treaties."
