Article 59 - Minimum Wages

Where the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries deems it necessary, he or she may fix the minimum amount of wages of seafarers. In such cases, he or she shall seek advice prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
