Description

The Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 649 on Approval of the Rules of Examination of Applications and Documents Required for Decision on Recognition of a Person as a Refugee or a Person in Need of Additional Protection, Loss and Deprivation of Refugee Status and Additional Protection and Revocation of a Decision on Recognition of a Person as a Refugee or a Person in Need of Additional Protection, defines the application process to obtain recognition as a refugee or a person in need of complementary protection, along with events which cause the loss, deprivation or cancellation of said recognition.
