Description

It is the law of access to nationality. In Argentina it is called the Citizenship Law or the Naturalization Law.

The law has undergone several modifications:
Decree 3213/84: Regulates nationality, establishing requirements for naturalization.
Law 21795: Amends Law 346 and its regulations.
Decree 1601/2004: Governs the procedures for obtaining nationality by option for children of native-born Argentinians born abroad.
Decree 366/25: Establishes the naturalization process to be carried out digitally through the Immigration Department's website.
