Description

According to Article 1, this rule will apply to: "Whoever arbitrarily prevents, obstructs, restricts or in any way undermines the full exercise on an equal basis of the fundamental rights and guarantees recognized in the National Constitution, will be obliged, at the request of the injured party, to nullify the discriminatory act or cease its performance and to repair the moral and material damage caused."
