Law No. 13,478. Variable Supplement on Retirement Benefits. Article 1° "A variable supplement on the monthly benefit of retirement, pensions or pensions, charged by the national civil or military social security agencies or from the national budget, is hereby established as of January 1, 1949, to compensate for fluctuations in the cost of living."
