Description

Article 2 of Law 26,737 aims to: Determine the cadastral and ownership title of the situation of possession, under any title or de facto situation of rural lands, and establish the obligations arising from the ownership or possession of such lands, in accordance with the provisions of this law;

b) To regulate, with respect to foreign individuals and legal entities, the limits on ownership and possession of rural lands, regardless of their intended use or production.
