The Legal Regime of Intellectual Property. Law 11723, Article 1 says: For the purposes of this law, scientific, literary, and artistic works include writings of all kinds and lengths; dramatic works, musical compositions, dramatic-musical compositions; cinematographic, choreographic, and pantomimic works; drawings, paintings, sculptures, architecture; models and works of art or science applied to commerce or industry; printed matter, plans, and maps; plastics, photographs, engravings, and phonographic records; in short: any scientific, literary, artistic, or educational production, regardless of the reproduction process.
