Article 9 of Decree No. 2011-119/PRES/PM/MAECR of 2011 on the implementation of the Law on the Status of Refugees in Burkina Faso affirms that, in case of mass influx of asylum-seekers, the members of the same group may be granted refugee status based on the prima facie principle and on the basis of reliable country of origin information.
