Description

Serves to regulate the procedures for processing asylum requests in Mozambique.  The Regulation stipulates the coordination arrangements of participating national institutions for the support and assistance to refugees, as per article 16 of law n. 21/91, of 31st December.

Article 8 - Temporary Identification Document

1. A temporary identification document is attributed to the asylum seeker , valid for 2 years, revalidated every semester.
2. The attribution of the temporary identification document extends to the members of the asylum seeker’s household, as indicated on the n. 2 of article 4 of Law n. 21/91.
