Description
Considering the necessity for a Specific Revision of the Penal Code, sanctioned by Law No. 24/2019 on December 24, to facilitate its interpretation and application in the service of criminal justice and to align it with the imperative of making justice more accessible to citizens, in accordance with section 1 of article 178 of the Constitution of the Republic, the Assembly of the Republic enacts Law 17/2020.
