An Act to provide for effective security arrangements of vulnerable establishments. Whereas it is expedient to make arrangements for the security of vulnerable establishments inter alia to prevent acts of terrorism and other crimes, to obtain evidence by use of modern devices for investigation and prosecution of offences, and to deal with ancillary matters.
