Description
An Act to prohibit the employment of children and to regulate employment of adolescents in certain occupations and work. Whereas it is expedient to prohibit the employment of children and to regulate employment of adolescents in certain occupations and work and to provide for matters connected therewith.
Selected provisions
Section 3 - Prohibition of employment.
(1) No child shall be employed or permitted to work in any establishment.
(2) No adolescent shall be employed or permitted to work in any hazardous work included in the Schedule.
