Thus in view of the above discussion, the following order is hereby passed:-
(5) The Federal Government/Provincial Government should take steps for the rehabilitation of more than150000 IDPs particularly in Dera Bugti immediately and necessary steps should be taken not only for therestoration of their properties but also by providing security to their lives and property and restore civiladministration such as schools, hospitals, Courts, police stations etc.
