Description
An Act further to amend the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1992.
Selected provisions
Section 2 - Amendment in section 1 of Act III of 1992.
In the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1992 (III of 1992), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 1, in sub-section (2), for the word “Pakistan”, the words “the Punjab” shall be substituted.
Section 5 - Amendment in section 12 of Act III of 1992.
In the said Act, in section 12, for the word “fifty”, the words “three hundred and fifty” shall be substituted.
Section 6 - Amendments in section 13 of Act III of 1992.
In the said Act, in section 13, for the word “one”, the word “five” and for the word “ten”, the words “one hundred” shall be substituted.
