Neither the Ley General de Migración y ExtranjerÃa nor the Reglamento de Personas Refugiadas contain a specific provision addressing persons falling within Article 1D of the 1951 Refugee Convention, namely persons who are receiving protection or assistance from organs or agencies of the United Nations other than UNHCR.
