Description

The Organic Law on Human Mobility establishes a comprehensive legal framework to protect and regulate the rights of individuals in human mobility, including migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, stateless persons, and victims of human trafficking.  The law also outlines the responsibilities of various state institutions in managing migration, providing international protection, and ensuring the integration and reintegration of migrants and refugees.
